We're migrating to another instance of Longtail! In doing so, we're pausing everything, and recreating the state in a new contract.

Following up with the contract migration from two days ago, we will have another migration today. The migration will last for a few hours.

Everything will be unavailable or in a partial state while we do a contract migration!
